The Assault Carbine from Fallout New Vegas looks like it's missing some parts. If I remember correctly it charges on the side too. New vegas has some wonky guns. Still better than fallout 4 the assault rifle alone. Missing the magazine release and charging handle but includes the oh-so-useful forward assist.
