(This freaked me out you torque the NEW aluminum bolt to 25NM then go another 90degrees.) the bolt stretches and it is a one shot use! b) the idler bolt (16mm~5/8") torque is 40NM=~29.5ftlb. (no extra turn) BTW save the old belt as a spare.
