Hello, I have a 99 Toyota Camry, 4 cylinder (160K). It won't start when the engine is cold. It'll click but won't turn the engine. If I rev the engine by stepping on the gas paddle, the engine starts but it stalls again when the foot is off the gas paddle. To start the car, I have to keep my foot on the gas paddle for 5 sec.
