Keurig k920 wont turn on

Hello, I have a Keurig K express essentials coffee maker. The descale light came on so I descaled it this morning, now it won't turn back on. I tried removing the water tank and putting it back in, taking the reusable k cup out and putting it back in and unplugging it and plugging it back in. Also the side and top got really hot.
